Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical
error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, HondaShadow.net
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed
at the incorrect price. HondaShadow.net shall have the right to refuse or cancel
any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit
card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase
and your order is canceled, HondaShadow.net shall immediately issue a credit to
your credit card account in the amount of the original amount charged to the
credit card.
Currency
Payment is accepted in U.S. dollars only.

our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer

to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional

Payment Policy
Credit Cards - We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard
and American Express. Cards must be issued in the United States. There is no
surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with HondaShadow.net.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number-the
address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect
information may cause a delay in processing your order. If the shipping address
differs from the billing address, the order process may be delayed. Your credit
card will be billed upon receipt of credit authorization.
Money Orders and Cashiers Checks
HondaShadow.net accepts money orders, and cashiers checks, in U.S. Dollars

For cashiers check and money order payments, orders will be released immediately
on receipt of the payment document by HondaShadow.net. On orders being paid
for by means other than credit card, availability of the product might change

are subject to change without notice.
